Southeast England and East Anglia will see a mainly dry, bright and warm day today, but for many other areas it will be rather changeable as low pressure over north-western areas sends rain or showers in from the west on a brisk breeze. Outbreaks of rain are affecting many western areas this morning, the heaviest of this across western Scotland.
