A pretty unsettled day is in store today as an area of low pressure slowly moves east over the country, moving out into the North Sea by this afternoon. Therefore most places will see showers or longer spells of rain at some point tonight, whilst it will become windy as that low pulls away with strong north-westerly winds developing.
